Completed in 2018, the Oak Row Residences, located at 1235 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, consists of 80 apartment units. KDI was involved in this project from conception through occupancy. Our team brought the project through the City’s large project review process, developed design development and construction documents, and provided construction administration services.
