Project Scope

KDI worked with the owner to obtain Planning Board Approval to change the use of the existing 2,700 SF, 1-story commercial building; located in Union Square, Somerville, to a Veterinary Hospital.

The scope included exterior façade design along with fit-out of the interior which will contain 5 Exam Rooms, Tech Lab, Surgery Room, X-Ray Room, Staff Break Room, Storage Loft and Waiting/ Reception Area.

The project is currently under construction, with an estimated completion date in July 2024.
