Good Gas Residences
The Residences at the Existing “Good Gas” station located at 345 Medford Street, consists of 52 dwelling units over ±5,500 s.f. of commercial space. This project is currently navigating the zoning approval process and has gone through an extensive neighborhood review process. This structure is designed to be net zero ready and LEED Platinum Certifiable per the City’s zoning requirements
