262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway

The Residences at 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway consists of 56 dwelling units over 58 parking spaces.  KDI worked with the developer to bring this project through the city’s extensive approval process. Located on the city line between Cambridge and Somerville, this structure acts as a gateway between the two cities. Special care was taken to ensure that each unit included an outdoor terrace space or balcony. The base of this structure is occupied by a fitness area, indoor bicycle storage, common area, pick up/drop off zone, & entry vestibule. 57 parking spaces are provided between the subterranean and ground level garages. Our team worked closely with the general contractor throughout construction to ensure an accurate and high quality finished product.
