The Assembly’s Edge development consists of a 21 story residential tower with 215 units and a 13 story hotel tower with 180 hotel rooms. KDI navigated the extensive approval and permitting process which included, neighborhood outreach & meetings, public hearings, and design review for both the Proposed Master Plan and the Special Permit process.
