Completed in 2019. New Construction 29-unit condominium building located in the heart of Davis Square. A unique project that involved the creation of a residential building as well as a new home for the Dilboy VFW. KDI worked with the VFW and the City to redevelop a parking lot into housing and a new 2 story VFW hall with multiple function rooms for VFW events.
